ESO4: Present Tense contrast

The difference between the present simple and the present continuous might seem like climbing the Annapurna but it's not! Here you have some exercises to practise... one of them is a letter of a British expedition to this high mountain in Nepal.

About Me

My photo
Humbert Burcet
My passion is travelling and teaching. I have been travelling around the world (almost 100 countries!) and having amazing experiences worth sharing in class and highlighting the value of foreign language learning. In addition, I have been teaching at many levels: primary and secondary education in the UK and Spain, university level (undergraduate and graduate) in Spain, Brazil and New Zealand, and beyond formal education (hospitals, security units, adults and 3rd age). I have passion for journalism too. I've worked for TV3, Maori TV, Radio 6 Punt Camp, and other print and online media. At the moment I'm teaching English and French at ESO and Bachillerato levels (Compulsory Secondary Education and A Levels in Spain) at Colegio Español María Moliner in Andorra, and previously I have proudly worked at SI Badalona high school, in Barcelona, developing cutting-edge projects on plurilinguism and school-community service. I like sci-fi books, horror movies, Celtic and electronic music, and swimming. What about you?
