2BAC Unit 6 and farewell


 Dear students,

This year we seem to have a shorter academic year, at least my personal feeling. I'm already missing you! I hope you work hard and get the brightest marks in your Ebau exams, get ready for our last test on unit 6 (remember content from all the course can also appear despite the focus would be on vocabulary and grammar of this last unit). And last but not least, here you have some extra material for you to revise before the exams. Feel free to keep in contact before and after the exams and ask me any doubt you might have. I hope you can make your dreams true and work to be your best version in the future. It's been a honor to be teaching you this year.

1BAC. Revision 4-5-6 and material for your Powerpoint presentation

 These materials will help us revise for the exam on Units 4-5-6.


UNIT 4. MUSIC. SLIDE 1: Write a note to your favourite musician/group: background, lyrics, why you like them, how did you know them...

Example. Choose the correct answer (copy and paste in your Powerpoint):

I love Rosalía. She's my favourite singer/group/producer. The song I like the most is Malamente, one of her first CDs / LPs  / singles: it was really a bestseller/ hit / gig! UNIT 6. SCIENCE. Conditionals.

SLIDE 3: Continue the sentences and look for an image. Use the 2nd conditional structure: ... I would + infinitive
wouldn't + infinitive

  1. If I had a time machine...
  2. If I were rich...
  3. If I won a round-the-world ticket...
  4. If I could have a superpower...
  5. If I saw a ghost...
Example. If I had a time machine I would go to the past/future... to see the dinosaurs / to admire the Renaissance... I wouldn't go back to any war time
